Pie Pan Size
This recipe is from Marie Miller. I had this the first time I came to Portland to visit in 1982. Sometimes these are called Dutch Babies.
2 Tablespoons of margerine / butter
2 eggs
1/2 cup of whole milk
1/2 cup of flour
pinch of salt
Beat eggs, add flour and salt add milk,
beat and then pour over margerine/butter that has
been melted in pan. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes
Double for a pyrex casserole size.
