Sunset Cookbook -- a great summer cookie!
1 cup of butter
2 cups of sugar
2 eggs
2 Tbls of lemon juice
2 Tbls lemon peel
4 cups of flour
¼ tsp salt
2 tsp b. powder
2 cups of chopped pecans
roll into tubes, refrigerate up to over night
bake 350 for 12 minutes
